Change upstream link removal button to an AJAX control

In https://translations.qastaging.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/gnuhello/+sharing-details, if there's a linked upstream series, you'll have the option to unlink that series. If you click the red minus button to remove the link, you'll end up on https://translations.qastaging.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/gnuhello/+remove-packaging. That control should be changed to be an AJAX control much like the subscribe/unsubscribe action on a bug page.
This change would make the fixes for bug 758902, bug 758904 and bug 758976 unnecessary.

I did hit a problem where re-creating the link seemed to fail (red-flash and nothing changing), but on reloading the page, it showed up.
