Please merge pidgin 2.7.11-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

This is a debdiff on top of Debian's 2.7.11-1
I'm not sure how to get rid of the .pot file that's showing up in the diff.

This time I have the epoch in the changelog.

This bug was fixed in the package pidgin - 1:2.7.11-1ubuntu1
