Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

For about 2 seconds after login, Unity Launcher appears to be broken by displaying only partially and out of position, then corrects itself. Please see screenshot. Doesn't cause any problems, just makes Unity look bad to newer users. NOT intermittent. Happens every login, even after rebooting.
