launcher doesn't unhide when dragging in kde app

Bug Description
Whenever I drag within a KDE or Qt app (Mumble, Kontact), the Launcher will appear and then doesn't disappear. It will stay on top of other windows (even after switching work space around). The only way to make it hide again is to drag from within a Gnome app (say Nautilus) onto the Launcher and then out again.

By "drag within a KDE or Qt app", I mean something like dragging an email from one folder to another within Kmail or dragging a person within Mumble into another channel.
