Binary package hint: indicator-weather
Weather-applet displays the sunset/sunrise times wrongly (seems that it's not taking into account the daylight saving time). Loc Tartu, Estonia. Gnome classic weather applet has correct times.

This seems to be actual for Yahoo weather provider only, thus making it a bug in Yahoo Weather API. We'll see what we can do about this
