Wrong PPA path in updated cron.publish-ftpmaster

Bug Description

The old cron.publish-ftpmaster script says, in non-proudction configs:

    ARCHIVEROOT_PARTNER=/srv/launchpad.net/ppa/ubuntu-partner

I updated that to:

    ARCHIVEROOT_PARTNER=$ARCHIVEPARENT/ppa/$DISTRONAME-partner

However $ARCHIVEPARENT is /srv/launchpad.net/ubuntu-archive, not plain /srv/launchpad.net/ubuntu-archive. So that translates to the wrong place… depending on the config.
