Bug Description

Binary package hint: indicator-sound

When I change the volume with the mouse wheel, a notification bubble now appears by default. (This is toggled with the show-notify-osd-on-scroll setting). This notification has the previous volume level, resulting in rather unfortunate inconsistencies between that bit of feedback and the indicator's own icon.

This is easy to see by slowly reducing the volume to 0, then scrolling up very gently with the mouse.

Thanks Dylan, I will review and merge this after the Natty release. From the start of last week I have been away from work and will be for the next three weeks at least. Considering that bug is not a show stopper and the code change is pretty significant I was not prepared to merge this at this late point in the cycle. I hope you understand. If bugs were to emerge then I would need to work weekends in order to fix them :)
Will get this in once the O cycle begins ...
