Wine1.2 doesn't actually have ARM support, but Wine1.3 does. I'll get it to stop trying ;)

This bug was fixed in the package wine1.2 - 1.2.2-0ubuntu5

---------------
wine1.2 (1.2.2-0ubuntu5) natty; urgency=low

  * Merge in some changes from wine1.3 packaging
    - New 24x24 icons to populate Applications menu
    - Font replacements instead of aliases
  * debian/control:
    - Do not recommend wisotool
    - Remove some ancient conflicts that haven't been packages for a long time
    - wine1.2 is NOT a beta package
    - Remove wine-gecko, now unneeded
    - Remove wine-dev, now unneeded
    - Add conflicts: wine-dev to remove dummy
    - wine-gecko conflicts should be in wine1.2-gecko/wine1.3-gecko packages
    - wine is now a dependency package a la python, depends on wine1.3
    - xdg-utils promoted to recommends
    - set self to maintainer
    - shorten a description line (lintian)
    - bump standards to 3.9.1
    - quilt build depends was not missing, just unversioned
    - build-depend on debhelper 7
    - confine to arch: i386, amd64 (LP: #745856)
  * override lintian warning about static linking in wine-preloader
  * delete config.sub/config.guess, as well as references in rules file
  * Revert to upstream wine.desktop (different [it] translation)
  * debian/rules: use dh_prep instead of dh_clean -k (lintian)
  * add debian/README.source (lintian)
