HPPA hasn't built since 2.6.24-19.17, coincident with the addition of compat-wireless.

SRU Justification

Impact: HPPA won't build since 2.6.24-19.17

Patch Description: Disable compat-wireless compile

This change has little risk of regression since compat-wireless has never been available on HPPA. Furthermore, few of the devices enabled in compat-wireless have a compatible bus type for an HPPA server.
