Bug Description

The meaning of "Sleet" depends on whether you're an american or British/Canadian/Irish:
 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleet

It is also important for translators to know which term you're referring to, to be able to correctly translate the terms.

Could you add translator comments, and provide links to the Wikipedia articles for the meanings of the terms?

From the combinations like "Mixed rain and sleet", I'd say that you're following the US meaning and are referring to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice_pellets. Could you confirm?
