Bug Description

Binary package hint: software-center

Ubuntu Software Centre 3.1.23.3, Ubuntu Natty

1. Go to the screen for a non-existent package.

What you see:
------------
Not Found
There isn't a software package called "Xul-exte-flashblock" in your current software sources.
------------

What you should see:
------------
Not found
There isn’t a software package called “xul-ext-flashblock” in your current software sources.
------------

That is:
* “Found” should be “found”
* “isn't” should be “isn’t”
* The "" quotes should be “” around the package name
* USC shouldn't pretend the package name is capitalized.
