save-all-attachments file names

here is an example I am seeing. when using vm-save-all-attachments, vm seems to ignore the attachment filename, best, E

This is a different bug (nothing to do with the wishlist item).

Notes: Problem introduced in Revision 1307.

Ok, revision 1328 clears this bug.

Additional notes: The problem reported by emacs-user was that thumbnail didn't keep the content-disposition of the original attachments. This problem was introduced in revision 1307 and fixed in revision 1327.
