Bug Description

Hi,

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~linaro-maintainers/linaro-images/hwpack.natty.linaro-lt-u8500/view/head:/hwpacks/linaro-u8500

which uses -lt everywhere is missing it from the hwpack name, so the hwpack produced doesn't
have -lt in it, which is at least confusing.

Thanks,

James

Hi Jamie, is it the name that is wrong, or the offspring project name etc?

I'm not sure this is much of an issue. The only naming mismatch I see is that the final filename is linaro-u8500 in the /hwpacks dir. The branch name contains lt-* (https://code.launchpad.net/~linaro-maintainers/linaro-images/hwpack.natty.linaro-lt-u8500) and Offspring produces lt-* hwpacks so there is little confusion. Ideally we would rename the file to lt-linaro-u8500 to be clear though.

This hwpack is clearly a lt-* output as it uses LT ppa's.

On closer inspection all files are name correctly apart from the tarball which is (for example):

hwpack_linaro-u8500_20110317-0_armel_unsupported.tar.gz

This looks like an Offspring issue. Let me investigate further.

Nope, that's an issue with the file I pointed to in bzr.

The hwpack config states that the hwpack name is "linaro-u8500",
contradicting everything else.

Just adding -lt to that line in the first stanza of the file in bzr
would fix it on the next build.

Thanks,

James

Set to invalid. We don't produce u8500 hwpack anymore.
