Bug Description
As subject. Fixing the IA32 dispatch code is taking a long time, and we want to stop getting more duplicates of bug 259219, so the 7.10.1-0ubuntu2 upload disables IA32 assembler.
This is a tracking bug to remind me.

- Also fix the IA32 dispatch code, rename to 113_fix_tls.diff.
* debian/rules:
- Re-enable assembler on i386, now that the dispatch code has been fixed.
