Bug Description

In bug 727988 a quick fix was uploaded to repair a reference in /usr/lib/libgpgme.la. This allowed the Claws Mail fix to get unblocked. However, the real fix is to remove /usr/lib/libgpgme.la from gpgme1.0. By policy, .la files are not to be included in -dev packages any more.
