Bug Description
Select a file (not a launcher) and drag it over a NON HIDING dock. The items that don't accept the file will dim.
Drag the file back off the dock and drop it somewhere on your desktop. Notice the dock does not un-dim. Hover the dock and it instantly un-dims.
