Bug Description
When using Ego Network, if you put in an ID value or Label value, it will display the Ego Network of all nodes that contain part of that value. For instance, if I have a node labeled "Antonio Jr." and another node labeled "Antonio" and I try to find the Ego Network of "Antonio" I will see the ego networks of both "Antonio" and "Antonio Jr." Likewise, if I try to check the Ego Network of a Node with ID value 33, I will also get Node 233 and 133's Ego Networks at the same time.

Fix in rev 2118.
However if two nodes have exactly the same label, they will be displayed as the algorithm can't reliably choose one of them.
