Never sync with "a lot" of files

Bug Description

Hi,

I try to use U1 since the first day, but never work well.
With a few little files it's great, but when I make a backup never sync nothing.

I try:
Deleting local account and cache.
Deleting server account, local account, and cache.
With a fresh Ubuntu install.
Updating it with ppa:ubuntuone/nightlies.
...
always with the same result.

Currently I use the ubuntuone/nightlies

I attach some logs.

And after 5 or 10 minutes uploading data stops.
I attach a image with a terminal showing transfers and the System Monitor showing no data upload.
(the CPU, memory, and download is a 7z process)

We have a timing condition on server disconnection; the command is stopped and retried before the queue acknowledges that there is not network.

Once the queue sees that there's not network, and pauses itself, the command is already running (but without network!). Network goes bak, queues restores, but the command gets stuck in that "running without network" state.

The solution I'm coding is that the command will be interrupted while running if the queue says "stopped!".

I downloaded your branch but the latest update from ppa:ubuntuone/nightlies is uploading files!!!

My U1-Client (from ppa:ubuntuone/nightlies ) is syncing extremly slow, but this is other problem.
