I've been meaning to report this for a while. It's amused, rather than annoying (well until it walks off the edge/top of the screen).

I presume it's related to the shadow border (resize) code.

I'd like to know if this is still an issue. I seem to recall fixing this a while ago, but I don't remember for sure and can't reproduce this.
