Size Icons Too Big in Building Statistics Window

Bug Description
The introduction of larger build help icons has adversely effected the appearance of the "Size" column in the Building Statistics Window. Apparently this window currently uses the small.png (25x28), medium.png (31x35), and big.png (33x40) graphics.
To reduce the crowded look, I suggest the smaller menu_tab_
To test: Start a game with rev 5829 or later. Open the Statistics menu, and then the Building Statistics window.
