Bug Description
The rfkill utility is now shipping in its own package, and not longer required in wireless-tools.
rfkill was recently promoted to main.
As a further step to remove rfkill from the wireless-tools package, it would need to be seeded alongside wireless-tools in desktop-common.
Until rfkill is removed from wireless-tools, this will provide a duplicate of the rfkill utility residing in /usr/sbin/rfkill (with the "original" from wireless-tools in "/sbin/rfkill"), the copy from wireless-tools could then be removed without affecting the availability of the rfkill utility.

Pushed up to revision 1601.
It's now going to show as component mismatch, once done, ubuntu-meta might need to be updated.
