Bug Description
The function repairStyle removes attributes which only apply to text elements from non-text elements.
Within repairStyle, in the segment after '# remove font properties for non-text elements', the attribute 'text-align' is missing from the list fontstyle, although Inkscape regularly introduces it.
Suggested fix: add 'text-align' to this list.

'text-align' has been added to the list of text properties in revision 198 of the trunk. The Low priority is because it wasn't hurting Scour not to have that property in the list, but having it can remove yet another useless property from non-text elements.
