Thanks for your report. Marking as triaged/high. This is a problem in the transition from 5.1.49 to 5.1.54 and a file being moved from mysql-server-core to mysql-client.

I'm not quite sure mine was marked as a duplicate of this, as this was reported after mine, or the others that were already submitted, such as the first Bug #710084 which didn't show up in a duplicate check. Anyway, yeah. Having this issue.
