nova-volume needs some love

Bug Description

nova-volume is a bit unusable out of the box:

Missing iscsitarget dep
Missing at least ietadm and lvdisplay in nova_sudoers
Needs manual setup to start iscsi-target and create a nova-volumes lvm VG

Should we piggyback by default on sheepdog instead ?

Well then sheepdog would have to be packaged then, wouldnt it. ;)

This bug was fixed in the package nova - 2011.1-0ubuntu1
