Bug Description

Binary package hint: software-center

Ubuntu Software Center 3.1.9, Ubuntu Natty

When installing/removing software from the list view, the progress bar does not appear at all unless the cursor is moved across the corresponding row.

To reproduce:

1. Open Software Center and navigate to "Accessories".
2. Select a package row i the list, say "Alarm Clock (alarm-clock)"
3. Click "Install" (or "Remove" if already installed) and authenticate if necessary.

What should happen:
After a short time, the progress bar should appear in the area above the Install/Remove button, and should display the ongoing progress of the install/remove.

What happens:
The progress bar never appears unless the mouse cursor is hovered over the corresponding row.
