gnome-do fails to open mail client to wirte mail

Bug Description

currently trying to write a mail it tries to locate xdg-email in the current folder + the arguments to it.
instead it should just launch xdg-email with arguments.

I can confirm the attached patch fixes the issue. BTW, it's effectively the same change as the fix for GNOME-Dictionary plugin: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~do-plugins/do-plugins/trunk/revision/688

I believe that I've fixed this and also made attaching files with quotes in their names work properly in r1336.
