ModsParser.pm selects from invalid ISBNs

Bug Description
Our data contains quite a few ISBNs which are marked as 'invalid' but retained for historical purposes. ModsParser.pm currently ignores the 'invalid' flag and gladly selects these invalid ISBNs for display as the primary ISBN.
A very basic patch is attached. Since this is outside of my comfort zone, I thought I would seek possible feedback before committing.
