Bug Description

EDIT: Edgy 386 works, amd64 doesn't

Ubuntu freezes on boot, in beginning splash screen either LiveCD 6.10 AMD64 or Installed 6.10RC AMD64.
After flashed modded the acer aspire E360 motherboard with bios of same model from the true manufacturer (Foxconn 6150 K8MA-EKRS) ubuntu does not boot (before flashing everything went well).

The only livecd/install that works is i386 (now this is what i'm using), but
I couldn't get to work any AMD64 edgy livecd, neither RC or final. Before
flashing the bios, edgy RC worked without problems.
The elivecd that I used to get the lspci list didn't recognize motherboard's
eth neither wifi card so I couldn't use any net capabilities.
(sorry for my english, but i'm spanish and not used to write in english)
