Wingpanel doesn't load the indicators on Lucid

Bug Description
When compiling and running on Lucid, the Wingpanel is empty. This is because Lucid stores the indicator files in /usr/lib/
I've written a fix in lp:~kazade/wingpanel/indicator-loading
