Rename te_IN.po to te.po

Bug Description

The telugu translation is available as te_IN. I don't see any reason that the telugu translation (te) is limited to IN, though: it should really just be te.po instead of te_IN.po.

Note: translation was added in bug 601538.

Thanks for your comment.

The original Telugu translator provided a te_IN file, and thus we added it with no change.
Unfortunately, I can't read this language and tell if this file is a generic Telugu or specific to India.
Do you know more about it?

Could someone with Telegu knowledge give a hint?
If I understand correctly, there are some Telegu variants, but I don't know if the one in Inkscape is a generic Telegu or an Indian variant.

@Vincent - I still have no feedback on your report, and thus still don't know what to do with it.
Are you a Telugu expert? Is so, could you please confirm that there are different variants and that the one we use in Inkscape is the Indian one?

@jazzynico: I'm sorry, I'm in no way a Telugu expert. But if you look at bug 601538, you'll see that the submitted mentioned te, and not te_IN.

@Vincent - I agree, but file itself contains the following lines:
"X-Poedit-Language: Telugu\n"
"X-Poedit-Country: India\n"

@veeven - Could you please confirm your translation if for te or te_IN?

@jazzyinco: The translation is for "te". There are no country-level variations for Telugu. So, te.po should be OK.
