GEdit Alt+D (Documents) and Alt+H (Help) shortcuts don't work

Bug Description

In natty with latest Unity, these two shortcuts don't work, however other apps that use these mnemonics work fine. As does GEdit without the appmenu.

So far, my investigation has got me to:

- Panel service is receiving the "menu_show" signal from appmenu
- However, the IndicatorObjectEntry that is sent as part of that signal is an invalid pointer. Accessing it will cause a segfault.

I have yet to test with gnome-panel's appmenu applet. Will do and will update here.

On Friday, he got a fix for alt-D.

Ted, does your fix address alt-H as well?

Can you attach your branch to this ticket? And let's get that puppy reviewed and merged...
