Bug Description

When you click Caps Lock you would expect that it stayed selected until you press it again, but insted it is only stivky after the second press.

Francesco, since this bug is from 2006, is there a reason this didn't get implemented? I'd like caps to latch on first click too.

I don't know of any reason, why it has not been implemented; I suppose that nobody took the time to do it yet.
