Hi,

My suggestion:
Command to Restart Applications
Similar to 'Launch Again', but ends current running instance.

Nothing regarding applications is particularly easy on Linux (due to lack of API of course), but it can of course be done cleverly or not. Wishlist and/or Can be implemented in separate plugin.

My restart plug-in (draft)
The code is ugly and don't works with pidgin (apps that close to tray)

How:
Close app (CloseAll action), waiting until end or timeout (scheduler.Timer) and start app (Launch action)

Ps. I don't know what is worst my Python or my English :P
