Bug Description

use lighther-ambiance-theme with support for window controls and seeing the following behavior, mainly with gnome-terminal.

- launcher gnome-terminal from launcher, initially comes up unmaximized and roughly 400x300 dimensions
- press the maximimze button and controls move into panel
- press the maximize button again to unmaximize
- window is resized to correct width but height now fills the screen vertically

sometimes it works correctly the first time but on subsequent times it exhibits this behavior.

i've retried it now I can say the bug is no more present here.. don't know why it is different, it is a fresh oneiric install.
