Alessio already added the DEP-5 header to the patch. I forwarded the patch to Debian (see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=605026), upstream already fixed that in the version 0.8~alpha20101022 .

Fixed in natty.
