PTStitcher image file name problems in Win32

Bug Description

There is problem passing PT scripts to PTStitcher that
has bug in parsing of image file names. I wrote simple
wrapper to prepare compliant script.

It can be downloaded from <a

verified in SVN2825 - save the project as PTStitcher files and the path are all correct
