Bug Description
It appears that all lp services are attempting memcache access - we suspect that service startup / zcml parsing or some such is trying. This should be deferred to actual use. See RT 42431 for the sysadmin report on this.

This is probably the lazr.restful representation cache invalidation, which I removed yesterday.
