~user/+subscriptions redirects are broken

Bug Description

When using https://launchpad.net/~registry/+subscriptions to delete subscriptions, the edit form for each does not return to the +subscription page. The form wrongly redirects to a bug I am not interested in. This issue was brought up in the review.

Not sure we'll fix this anytime soon, since we're not committed to fixing the +subscriptions page for our current story, given how long we've already worked on this story. We should hide the pages completely if we don't finish the work, since so people are navigating to them directly.
