Bug Description
When reporting or editing a bug, it would be very helpful to be able to quickly get at some sort of reference to the tags used by a project (whether it be hand written, just a list of tags with usage counts, or some combination). At the very least, a quick sentence stating that this can be found on <a href="...">the main bug page</a> for the project.
