Installation partitioner problem

Bug Description

When installing ubuntu 6.06 I've created a root partition of 2000MB instead of 2048MB.
The installation notified me the root partition has to be >=2GB.
I went back and recreated the partition and the installation didn't rescan the partition table for changes.
The old (unuseable) settings were still there.

Restarting the installation solved the problem.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? If it is still an issue, could you please include the information requested at [WWW] https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingUbiquity/AttachingLogs as separate attachments? That will make it much easier for us to figure out what might be causing the issue you experienced. Thanks in advance.
