Bug Description
Running rev 317 on WinXP I discovered a bug with shared notebooks.
When a notebook is shared, the cache directory is changed in notebook.py by the function _cache_dir. This function takes the notebook path replaces the '/' and appends it to the cache dir, as far as I understood :-)
Unfortunately the function does not consider the current operating system; on windows '\' and ':' should be replaced.
The patch I used to fix this is attached.
