Incorrect man page for mysql_secure_installation

Bug Description

The man page for mysql_secure_installation suggests that running the command with the --help option will list the options. However, when I run the command with the --help option, the behaviour is the same as when I run the command without the option. This is not "help"ful.. :)
Either the man page or the command (with the --help option) should be fixed.
