Bug Description
Plugins fails to apply if ' in filename and plugins with configuration options hangs application completely.
For example I took screenshot from news page where title was quoted with single quotes, and plugins failed while quotes was not removed manually.
Steps to reproduce:
* Rename image to: test 'image'.png
* Apply Hard Shadow plugin
* Application hangs
