My disc drive : [TSSTcorp][DVD-ROM SH-D163B][SB01]
Udev version : 162-2
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Place cd or dvd in disc drive, disc is recognized an mounted
2. Eject disc
3. (re)place same cd ord dvd in same disc drive and disc is recognized but not mounted
Cd/Dvd recognized but auto-mounting only first time

Sorry, you picked the wrong symptom. You chose "Documents cannot be opened in desktop UI on storage device", but you should choose "Removable storage device is not mounted automatically". Right now we don't have any logs.
