dbg plugins installed in the release package, the dbg package is empty

Bug Description

since debug plugins are now installed under the optimized build directory, they end up in the same debian package -- the dbg package is empty, while the other one has both. Not a big issue for now, I will solve that after a few days.; but report it as a bug to keep track of it.

Vaclav, is it somewhere in Sconstruct, right? Not related to debian-files?

It is sort of both, but I fixed it now. I will commit soon, could you attempt the build then? I let you know.

Hi, it landed in the last commit (sorry, I forgot to mention that in the commit message). Please check it visually before building, it should first install the debug version in the right dir (PREFIX=...), but only the dbg part; otherwise we would have the same files in both packages, which whould error out at installation. I also made the debug package depend on the release one.

This was fixed in r2490. Remaining issues: dh_compress is disabled, therefore manpages are not compressed (they should) and postinst-template supposes they are. The solution would be to call dh_compress (see manpage) with the -X option to exlude our scripts etc, but not the manpages.

For consideration as well, call pkgs yade-r2490, not yade-bzr2490.
