Bug Description
Recent bug reports show that appmenu is still not compatible with Shotwell. We propose to blacklist shotwell, and let it display it's native menu for the Maverick release.

We're still working on a better fix for applications like Shotwell that switch between multiple menubar instances and will propose an SRU in parallel.
The change involves:
- adding shotwell to a special blacklist inside the code of appmenu-gtk
- adding an extra property in shotwell's .desktop file to remove panel stub menus that would appear in the absence of dbusmenus
When an SRU is available with a more proper fix, only the appmenu-gtk package will have to be updated.
