No unsubscribe link in emails for non-verbose bug notifications

Bug Description

I noticed that it's easy to unsubscribe from a bug, there is no direct unsubscribe link in emails from subscribed bugs. For high profile bugs, you actually see people getting annoyed by the bug mails, and not quickly spotting they can unsubscribe trough the bugreport itself. It would be more userfriendly to include an unsubscribe link in every mail send because of a subscription.

There should be a link to unsubscribe in emails now, except for one or two cases. Can you give a bug as an example that you are subscribed to but not receiving a link in emails?

And when you look further past this, past the bug description that is included, do you not see a section that says:

"To unsubscribe from this bug, go to"

With a link following?

Only bug-notification-verbose.txt includes unsubscribe_notice. It was never added to bug-notification.txt.
