package virtualbox-ose-guest-dkms 3.1.6-dfsg-2ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: virtualbox-ose-guest kernel module failed to build

Did virtualbox-ose-guest-dkms fail to build the kernel modules while upgrading to maverick?

i actually think im on lucid. there were no errors during install from the
output i saw.
i use synaptic update
