Bug Description

lib/lp/translations/stories/translations/30-rosetta-pofile-transaltion-gettext-error.txt fails on Maverick, apparently because of a change in how the newer gettext reports inconsistencies in format specifiers ("%d" etc.) for messages with plurals.
