"Installing purchase" in "In Progress" has no icon or name

Bug Description

Binary package hint: software-center

Ubuntu Software Center 2.1.18.1, Ubuntu Maverick

1. Navigate to the software item screen for Fluendo DVD Player.
2. Complete the payment process, and authenticate.
3. Switch to "In Progress".

What you see:
* No icon.
* The title "Installing purchase..."
* No status text.

What you should see:
* The icon for Fluendo DVD Player.
* The title "Fluendo DVD Player".
* The status text "Installing purchase".

In other words, this should look just like an ordinary installation, except that the status text is "Installing purchase..." rather than "Installing...".
